What happens if you try to post a bad domain on a discord guild?

If you try to post a message containing a bad domain (a url which is banned by discord) on a public Discord guild, the message does not get sent and Discord shows you the following error message:

Your message could not be delivered because this message contains a link blocked by Discord. You can learn more here: dis.gd/phish.
